House Timeline and Events

Our beautiful 14,000 square foot residential home will feature the following amenities:


  • Spring 2011: Construction bids out on the project
  • Summer 2011: Construction to begin on house
  • July 2011: Delta Xi Delta Alumni Chapter Annual Membership Meeting
  • October 14-16, 2011: Delta Pi’s 50th Anniversary Weekend (includes a 50th Anniversary event on Friday, Delta Pi’s Fundraiser for the Family Justice Center and the Vols vs. LSU on Saturday, and the Delta Pi Parents Brunch on Sunday
  • Formal living room with fireplace
  • December 31, 2011: Opportunity to make year-end contributions
  • Fall 2012: Delta Pi House opens

The interior will feature finishes, fabrics and furnishings in a blend of contemporary and timeless color palettes, symbolic of the Alpha Chi Omega heritage.
