- October 3-4, 2009: Delta Pi Dessert Fest, Parents Weekend and Delta Pi Housing Campaign kick-off at the University of Tennessee. Deadline for gifts: March 1st.
- Saturday, October 3 - Delta Pi Chapter's annual Dessert Fest at Circle Park (on UT’s campus) just prior to the UT vs. Auburn Game.
- Sunday, October 4 - Delta Pi's Alumnae/Parents Picnic & Housing Campaign kick-off at Circle Park (on UT’s campus) at 11:30 a.m.
- December 6, 2009: Delta Xi Delta Alumnae Chapter Holiday Party
- December 31, 2009: Make your year end gift to receive tax credit
- January 28, 2010: Delta Xi Delta Alumnae Social Event
- February 4, 2010: Delta Pi Sorority Village Committee Meeting
- March 1, 2010: Hera Day and First Round for Housing Donations Deadline
- Summer 2010: Construction to begin on house
- June 1, 2010: Second Round for Housing Donations
- October 15, 2010: Founder’s Day and Third Round for Housing Donations
- December 31, 2010: Final opportunity to make year-end contributions
- Fall 2011: Delta Pi House opens
