Recruitment is an exciting time for Alpha Chi Omega! We look forward to meeting all of the potential new members, and hope that everyone has a wonderful time in our suite.

Recruitment can be overwhelming, but it is also a great way to meet new people. Alpha Chi Omega encourages all freshmen and sophomore women to go through recruitment, and find out what sorority life is all about. There are four different recruitment rounds:

Go Greek

Go Greek is the most informal round. This is the round where potential new members have the chance to go to all of the different suites and learn more about Greek life.

Round One

Round One is also known as the philanthropy round. Potential new members learn all about the philanthropies that different sororities support. Alpha Chi Omega supports the Family Justice Center, and we enjoy sharing how much our philanthropy means to us with potential new members!

Round Two

Round Two is the skit round, and it is the most fun round! In this round, the different sororities perform skits for potential new members. Alpha Chi always has a blast performing our skit during this round.

Preference Night

Preference Night is the most serious round of recruitment. This is when sorority women share how much their sorority means to them with potential new members. Preference night is a very special night for Alpha Chi Omega, and we hope that it will be a special night for all of the potential new members as well.

Bid Day

Bid Day is the most exciting day of recruitment for Alpha Chi Omega! This is when new members receive their bid cards, or invitations to join a sorority. We enjoy meeting all of our new members on Bid Day, and celebrating with them afterwards!
